We had a great 2019 at CNY Maple, and I had a good year too. Tomorrow I’ve got to go pick up a few more cases of 1/2 gal jugs, then on Friday I need to pack more syrup (dark). Then next week I need to pack (from a SS barrel) more Amber syrup, later in the week I need to empty the 15 gal bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and pack it into bottles.
