Packing more again

I’ll be packing more dark syrup this Friday and Saturday. The temperatures got too hot with the air temperature in the 80’s, high humidity and w9orking over a 186 F bottler. I shut it down, will resume as the temperatures are forecast to be in the 60’s to 70 max. Those are far more comfortable to work over a hot canner. I do have some in the store inventory now, however if someone is looking to order more than I now have ready, it will be remedied by late Saturday.

In my younger days it seems I could do it until the outdoor temperatures got to 85 F+ but at age 77, I now seem to need it at 70 F or less
